Introducing Our Anatomically Contoured Expander (ACE®)

A mini-expansion screw that follows the contour of the palate and tongue in every dimension,

the ACE® expansion screw can be soldered to permanent 1st molar bands or sintered to custom metal frameworks on printed models.

The maxillary skeletal expander is designed to minimize the chances of palatal impingement, even at the

maximum extent of expansion. It is much more comfortable to the patient during speech and

swallowing than the standard rectangular-shaped expanders. It comes with two 0.036” arms for

maximum strength.

The mandibular dentoalveolar expander is designed to follow the lingual curvature of the lower dental arch. It comes with 0.030” arms for easy bending.
